Returns & Exchanges

At LONELY GHOST™, we want you to love your pieces as much as we do, but we understand sometimes things don't work out. We offer returns and exchanges on all unworn, unwashed items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Print Your Label

  Once your request is approved, a prepaid shipping label will be sent to your email. Download and print it to prepare your package.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Place your items in their original packaging and drop the parcel off at any authorized carrier location within 7 days of receiving your label.

• 4.
  Refund Processing

  After our team inspects your return at the warehouse, your refund or store credit will be processed within 5-10 business days.
